Remake of Le bureau des légendes (2015)
They both starred in Steve Jobs, Alien: Covenant and The Agency.. Between what I expected and the summaries, I got a slightly different impression.
So, in the second episode, the big stories split into two main cases
And boy, while that’s sometimes a minor thing, it’s not the case with this series. One is the Agency’s efforts to stop a potentially major discovery about its operations, i.e.
everything it has built from the ground up
Second, the woman the hero is having an affair with, with her own secret that may or may not be connected to everything that is happening. The first episode tells you what and how high the stakes are in current world affairs.
The whole thing is good in itself; what’s left, whether we liked it or not, depends on how the show was produced
The show tries to reveal everything gradually so that you understand before you start throwing your head around – that’s how I feel.
